Payouts

Before you start

A payout is money sent from client payments to your bank account. Payouts go to the bank on your payment account (see Payment Accounts). You'll need a role with marketplace access.

Step 1: Open payouts

1. In the side menu, under Marketplace, select Transactions.
2. Select the Payouts tab.

Step 2: Read the list

Each payout shows its description, amount, any amount reversed, status, marketplace, and when it was created.

• Accepted: on its way to your bank.
• Pending: still processing.
• Failed: didn't go through. Check your payment account's bank details, or contact NomadMD support.

Step 3: Reconcile

Match each payout to the deposit in your bank account. Use the filters to narrow by date or status. To see the payout for one visit, open its checkout and select Payouts.

Tips

• A payout is a little less than the charge. The difference is the processing fee.
• Tips are paid out with the visit.
