Provider Distance Hint
Dispatch now shows each candidate provider's distance to the visit when you review a request.

When you open an appointment request's candidates, each provider now shows their straight-line distance to the visit, measured from their dispatch location, next to their rank and open times.
Why it helps
Availability isn't the only thing that matters for a mobile visit. Drive time affects how long the client waits and how many visits a provider can fit in. Seeing distance in the same view lets your dispatchers weigh proximity when they book a provider themselves.
Where it appears
- In Dispatch, open a request, then select View Details under Primary Constraint. Each candidate shows ~X.X mi away.
- It works for requests on the waitlist too.
Not seeing distance?
The provider needs a saved location. Open their profile, add a Dispatch location, and select Save location. Until then the card shows Missing home address or Address not geocoded.
Good to know
Distance is straight-line and for reference only. It doesn't change who gets offered the visit.
