Group Appointments & Split Payment

One visit can now include several patients, like an event, a party, a corporate wellness day, or friends sharing a drip. The bill can be split between them.

For your team

• When you create an appointment or request, add more patients under Additional patients. Each one gets their own services.
• The visit becomes a group automatically: one provider, one time and place, as long as the longest patient's services.
• Add or remove patients later from the appointment. Removing a patient refunds their part automatically.

Splitting the bill

A group has one checkout. Turn on Split Payment, tick a patient's items, and collect that amount by card, cash, or a payment link sent by text or email, so each person can pay on their own phone.

Where to find it

Group appointments are on for every marketplace. There's nothing to turn on. Your team adds the extra patients; clients can't book a group from the booking page yet.
